After the contract is finalized, a technician is scheduled to be dispatched to perform get information about the site, its electric and all current condition(s). 

That information then gets relayed over to engineering team for processing.

The moment the information is received, a permit package is prepared to specs. In tandem an email is sent out of equipment layout and location for approval. 

Once approved, the permit package and its details are sent off to be submitted to the local authority having jurisdiction.

At this stage, It Is top priority to submit the plan for the project and all documents needed to the Local Authority Having Jurisdiction to obtain permit(s) for completed system installation.

With permit(s) in-hand, a crew is scheduled to be dispatched to install equipment to code and manufacture's specifications, run the systems electrical accordingly and to ensure the system(s) functionality 

prior to departing the site.

Dependent on systems size installation may take a few days not including any additional work. ex. MPU's, Roof....etc.

The day of inspection, a technician is scheduled to be dispatched out to meet with the AHJ inspector, walk the site and address any question or concerns 

they may have

Once inspector signs off, that document with others are submitted for 

'Permission to Operate'
